I'm Frederico - the operator behind Vantis. For the better part of a decade I've built and run operations across FMCG, fintech and manufacturing, in Portugal and across Europe. I've also sat where you sit: I co-founded a company, scaled it to a team of ten, and later made the disciplined call to wind it down when the unit economics didn't hold. The building and the honest reckoning both shape how I work.
Most of what I do is build from zero - operational systems, reporting, logistics, market entries, new product lines. I've launched a category to €150k in its first six months, stood up operations for a manufacturer expanding into the Nordics and the UK, and led the cross-functional teams that delivered it. I work hands-on and close to the work, in three languages, and I care more about being useful than impressive.
